The luxurious amenities of this hotel were exceptional. We indulged in the private facilities, including the indoor swimming pool and sauna. the Spa & wellness centre was definitely the highlight of our stay, and the massage was simply amazing. Plus, the location advantages were unbeatable, as it offered stunning views of the city.

The staff was fantastic - friendly and helpful. The hotel made a free upgrade to our room to accommodate our request for two rooms close together. The spa area with a hammam and swimming pool was fantastic. The restaurant's a la carte menu offered tasty European dishes. The housekeeping service, especially Altinay, was excellent.

Its location and rooms were excellent, and for us everything was very good. Liked our room that was cleaned on a daily basis and available with a bath and balcony, as example. Overall perfectly pleasant stay for business trip.

Convenient location close to public transport and local amenities. Walking distance to a nearby mall and a short metro ride away from a prestigious shopping center. Friendly and supportive staff who made our stay comfortable. Spacious room provided by the hotel reception. Fantastic and enjoyable breakfast experience. The venue's position was central. Also, a cobblestone street was 1 mile away from the venue. Minutes from a metro station, shopping malls and a market were not far as well.

The hotel location was great, very close to important areas and shopping areas. The Hilton conference center was just a few minutes away. , the center of the city was easily accessible. The staff was helpful and friendly, with good service.

The bathroom had a terrible smell and the sink was not working properly.

Sublime hotel with warm breakfast and a marvellous location near a subway station. Spacious room.

Spacious and comfortable rooms with good air conditioning and daily cleaning. Modern and beautiful interior with friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location with supermarkets, bakeries, and restaurants on the same street and shopping mall within a 10-minute walk. Delicious breakfast with a nice view from the terrace. Highly recommended for families and leisure travelers.

Outstanding food and soundproof room - had a nice stay. They recommended a nice restaurant for dinner. The area was very nice, a wonderful base for me. Apart from that, a miniature park was 15 minutes away by driving. Pool was nice and beds were exceptionally comfortable. Moreover, parking was onsite.
